This photovoltaic kit is compact and easy to install. It allows you to produce and store electricity to light multiple rooms, power a garden shed or electrical devices, or even 24V electric gate motors!
This kit includes:
- 2 50W Polycrystalline Solar Panels(SPR6030)
- 2 lead crystal batteries (high performance and long life) 12V 18Ah(AMC9001)
- 1 Phocos CML05 12V / 24V-5A charge controller(XXX0041)
- 2 5-meter 4mm solar cables with MC4 connectors(SXQ6010)
The solar kit was sized to meet the expectations below:
- 2 days minimum solar-free runtime with an average consumption of 100Wh per day
- 5 hours of lighting on average per day during the year
- Meet a daily consumption of 100 Wh on average.
Daily production is estimated at 100 Wh / day but depends on several factors, the most important of which are the following:
- your geographical location
- the orientation and tilt of the solar panels
- any shading

Tips and tricks :
- To maximize the performance of your batteries, fully recharge the batteries one by one before installing them on your PV kit
- Orient the panels to the south at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees to optimize power production
- Turn off electrical appliances when you are not using them
- Make sure the surface of your solar panels is clean. If necessary, feel free to wash them with clean water.
Please note: this is a 24V solar kit, to use 230V devices it will be essential to add a 24 / 230V converter.
